This place is amazing! It's very large with lots of room for a big family gathering. The decks have incredible views and people can sit under a covered section by a beautiful gas fire pit, or be out in the open on another section of the deck. The fire pit is well made and has the same beautiful views. The outside grill is perfect and right off the kitchen. Chairs and seating is very comfortable and not worn out. The kitchen is well stocked with tools/supplies and the rooms are very big and very clean. Each room has a TV and most of the bedrooms have a fireplace as well as the large living room. The cabin is located near allot of activities: ski lodges, grocery store (about 15 min drive), the general store up in Banner Elk is maybe 5 mins away and has everything you need for last minute supplies. Restaurants are close by and lots of choices. The Host team is very responsive and very professional. We will be booking this place every year from now on. I HIGHLY Recommend this giant log cabin. Just not on the weekends that we book it. :)
