'Mountain Gem' - Luxury Condo w/ Amazing Views!

This beautifully decorated and spacious condo is located in the Reserve II gated community on Sugar Mountain. With an elevation of 4800 feet you can enjoy unobstructed breathtaking long range views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. There is a convenient trail across the parking lot from the condo that leads to the ski slopes. The walk is 300 yards or less. Great for ski access or mountain biking without having to endure parking hassles. Not only are you a stones throw from all the amenities that Sugar Mountain has to offer, you are only a short drive from Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock which offers the best in dining, shopping, golf and outdoor activities. Relax in the comfortable living room with a stone gas fireplace and large flat screen smart TV. The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The guest room features a queen bed with adjoining bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy cooking in the fully furnished gourmet kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Wi-Fi is provided.No Smoking *ONLY TWO(2) PARKING PERMITS PER UNIT. VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMITS WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE* Absolutely NO Pets. Max occupancy is 4. 4x4/awd, chains or snow tires needed in winter. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.

Great property

The property was amazing. The view, the cleanliness, the available pots, pans, etc. our only complaint is the lack of updates/communication about the check in process. No reminders of any kind prior to the stay, no communication of any kind actually besides the first initial email and payment receipts. In order to find out what time we would be able to get our keys we had to call the emergency number. The address on the site did not work, and we were given a poorly drawn map with our check in packet that got us lost. Again, our stay was great and we absolutely loved the place itself, but the property management company should seriously look into a better form of communication for their customers, as well as a better instruction system for location of properties, etc.

Family trip to the mountains

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was fantastic- beautiful views, clean and updated condo. We would definitely return!
