When we first arrived I noticed the kitchen was greasy and sticky. The stove looked like it hadn’t been cleaned good for a while, the kitchen cabinets/ knobs were grimy and sticky. The list goes on and on with problems at this condo. The condo as a whole was not clean at all compared to all the other Vrbo rentals I’ve stayed at. Then we found out the toilet was clogged. We contacted Vacasa and a maintenance man was sent. He came twice in 2 days but he was never able to get it working properly. I called Vacasa and requested we be relocated. We were never moved and ended up running to the local gas station to use the restroom for the rest of our stay. I was very disappointed in Vacasa and their customer treatment. I will never again rent from Vacasa and recommend you thinking twice about renting from them. In the end I was refunded 20 a day which in my eyes doesn’t even begin to cover the lack of consideration I was given. ##### Robin R. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here for the weekend. It was a beautiful area, peaceful and very quite. The condo was located very close to food, bars, grocery store and many other amenities. Would definitely stay here again and we made last minute reservations with no problems!!! I would ask that management look at the deck (why I only gave 4 stars) ##### Keith S. ---
