I was very frustrated! Attempted to begin contact by 6am Thursday and several times on the day of arrival and never heard from anyone until well after lunch. The house was not thoroughly cleaned. One tub had what appeared to be blood down the side of it. There were swim shorts left in a shower downstairs. Outdoor couch cushions were not packed away therefore they were soaked and covered in snow which didn’t not allow for utilization. Outdoor electric heater was out of gas. Kitchen does not have a renter’s pantry which was very inconvenient. The kitchen sink had a wall leak that flooded downstairs bedroom. Property managers were very accommodating and quick to have problem fixed with about 36 hrs. The house is beautiful and in a perfect location! The remodel is gorgeous! ##### Holly L.
