Great views and restful

The views were breathtaking. The condo was very clean and organized. We had a wonderful time. The property was very nice and they even had a pantry at the entrance. Overall I would recommend!

Ski trip

This was an amazing last minute getaway that we booked. Check-in process was easy, shuttle was convenient. My son loved the indoor pool area. My only suggestion to the owner would be is look into getting more comfy/sturdy patio furniture. Other than that everything was great!

Ski trip

Overall we had a great time at this property. It fit 3 adults comfortably. The only thing was that the kitchen did not have basics like paper towels, napkins, or salt/pepper, the knives were also very dull. If you’re planning to cook here you may have to come more prepared.

High rise condo

Beautiful view from the balcony of this unit in a high rise condo building. Well stocked and well furnished with plenty of room. Only complaint is that you have to park in a lot and ride a shuttle bus to and from the building - didn’t see that detail in the listing description. Since we left and returned a couple of times a day, it was inconvenient. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Great view!

The view is amazing! The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, & the location is great. Our daughter loved the pool & hot tub. The only downside was checking in. You have to pull up to a guard house & wait until there is space to drive up & unload. They only have a few spots & it was a holiday weekend, so they were really busy. It took us 2 hours to check in & unload. Only owners can park up top by the building. Guests have to park in lower lots & take a shuttle. The shuttle is constantly running & it was never an issue getting to & from our car. All they employees were nice & apologetic about the long check in. Overall we would stay here again.

Beautiful location

The only negative I have is that there is no air conditioning. It just so happened we were there when it was quite warm by mountain standards. Even with all the windows open and fans on, we were unable to get the place cooled down.We will definitely stay here again, but in the cooler months

The unit has beautiful views, large in size and is layed out comfortably.

I wish the unit would be a bit cleaner, and need updating, but it’s a good getaway place. I would definitely come back!

Very convenient

Ski weekend with family. And this perfectly close to Sugar Mt and dining. The parking in lower lots with a shuttle back up to the condos is what it is. But it works smoothly, the staff do a good job regulating the coming and going. Also a nice bonus that we did not realize until we got there, is that there is a shuttle from the resort to the ski slopes. So we got to bypass the parking mess that seems to be always there at Sugar Mt on the weekends. Would definitely stay again.

Immediately upon our arrival, there was a beeping coming from a locked closet in the master bedroom. When the owner was contacted, he said we were out of luck bc he couldn’t get it fixed until the end of our stay. In order to sleep in that room, we had to switch a breaker, which meant no electricity (which meant no tv and no fan!!) Really disappointed with this experience. It would had been an easy fix had the owner had a key on hand for the building people. The owner was going to offer a small refund, but have not seen one nor any had any other communication, other than for us to record the sound.

Fantastic view and great price

An awesome place to stay. Not giving it total of 5 points because I didn't receive check in until I sent request after check in time, or check out information at all. Bring paper towels, there weren't any, Only kitchen towels available. Easy to ger into apartment, it was easy to park at lobby to drop off our pick up, but then had to use shuttle to get to parking lot or back to building, though the walk isn't far so you can easily walk from parking lot. View is fantastic, but fair warnings: you're in a high- rise building on top of a mountain so if you're scared of heights, might want to consider something else. Having the pool was great, too. Lowes food store and a few restaurants and cafes in close driving range made it easy to get anything you needed. Highly recommend sipping your coffee, wine, water, whatever on the balcony with beautiful view of grandfather mountain!

NOT SKI IN/ SKI OUT AS WAS LISTED- 100% FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

The place was beautiful, people were nice, and even the shuttle bus was not a single problem. However, I expected to be able to ski in/ ski out as it states in the amenities. The wifi did not work, there was constant banging and clanging from the duct work exhaust for the fireplace. When I spoke with the owner he told me he would refund us for the days we had remaining as long as we checked out. As it was 12:15ish, maybe 12:30pm he was not willing to offer that day's amount in the refund. He stated the ad did not say "ski in/ski out", but also notified us there is a small cut through type way to get from right behind the guard shack that was well over 100-150yds from the C parking lot. If you ski or snowboard, you know that is quite a way to carry your gear. For those who have never done either, I apologize to all newbies, but none of us were coordinated enough to carry all of it well and walk such a distance.
