A dining table for eight ensures there is room for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The main level boasts two king ensuites, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The first suite offers deck access, a smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and a double granite vanity. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. \- All linens and towels provided. \- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities. \- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. \- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. \- Check in is after 4pm \- Checkout by 10am \- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. \- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. \- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. \- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. \- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. \- Host is not responsible for items left in the home. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
