Bella Vista is a spacious three-level home on Beech Mountain, just shy of 5,000 feet above sea level. Located five minutes from Beech Mountain Ski Resort, this property enjoys year-round activities. Bundle up for skiing, snowboarding, or tubing in the winter, or take advantage of the mountain bike trails and disc golf course during the warmer months. Beech Mountain offers a summer concert series and scenic lift rides to their 5,506 slope-top bar. Buckeye Recreation Center, a short twelve-minute drive away, provides basketball courts, tennis and racquetball courts, a playground, and a lake for fishing and paddle boating. Banner Elk is six miles away and boasts attractions like Banner Elk Winery, Lees-McRae College, and the Wilderness Run Alpine Coaster.

Bella Vista is an elegant split-level mountain home with views that can't be beaten. The top floor has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams throughout the great room, dining room, and kitchen. The wall of windows allows guests to enjoy spectacular layered mountain views. A leather sectional near the stone gas-log fireplace is a cozy focal point of the living room. Curl up and watch a movie while enjoying the fire after a day on the slopes. The kitchen has custom granite countertops, a granite sink, and a unique live-edge bar top providing additional seating for four guests. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the great room, allowing for easy entertaining. Guests can sit and relax on the partially covered deck that is accessible from the dining room and enjoy the million-dollar views. A second den on the lower level has a billiard table, a TV, and a buck stove. There is also a surprise cozy nook under the stairs where kids can read a book or play games. There is a second deck off the den with additional seating to enjoy the mountain views with your morning coffee.

Bella Vista is a luxurious home featuring five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master bedroom on the main level has a king bed and a separate bathroom. It opens to the covered deck where guests can enjoy the morning mountain sunrise. A door separates this area from the great room for added privacy. Three more bedrooms are on the middle level. One king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, while two more queen bedrooms share a common bathroom. On the lower level, just off the den, is a second elegantly decorated suite with a king bed and attached bathroom.

Bella Vista has central heat and air conditioning for year-round comfort. Two twin air mattresses are stored in the garage to accommodate up to twelve guests. Additional amenities include a high-efficiency washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable TV. Pets are not permitted at Bella Vista. There is parking for three vehicles in the driveway and garage.

Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Bella Vista are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
