5th Floor Condo w/ Views of Grandfather Mountain

  • This unique condo at Sugar Top will sleep 4 people with a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the second. Blue hues and accents give this condo an elegant touch. A full kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi and washer/dryer will be available to you inside the condo. Step out onto the private balcony and you will be surrounded by the expanse of Grandfather Mountain. This unit is located 1 door from the elevator. Take that down to the first floor and enjoy access to the indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, public WiFi and weight room in the Lobby. Experience nature, hiking, mountain biking and more on the mountain and surrounding areas. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. Our Sugar Top Condos are Non-smoking. Absolutely NO PETS. No Check-in's Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking.
