"This is a stunning property. It is absolutely immaculate both the house and the grounds. The staff were amazing, particularly Iloh. She kept everything so clean, looked after us and our washing and cooked some outstanding meals. Due to length of the staff we were given a free massage. The best massage I have had anywhere in the world! I had one every other day for about 7% of what I would have paid in the UK. This is a unique, stunning property. There was absolutely nothing that didn’t work for us. We loved the open/outdoor living, we loved the open air bathrooms and also the air conditioned bedrooms. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. There is a great supermarket down the road and wonderful restaurants and warungs around too. It is a perfect place to stay and unwind. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this wonderful holiday. "

"We enjoyed our stay here very much! It is TOTALLY worth staying here for a day or two. You get first access to saying good morning to the elephants before all the day-trippers arrive, and it's lovely to walk around the park in the evening. We came in Jan/26, so the park was very quiet guest wise. Breakfast and dinners were great (not included for us) and reasonably priced. As for the treatment of the ellies - they are well taken care of and have a much better life than before their arrival to Mason. Please watch the informative video, and talk to the mahouts. They are knowledgable and happy to answer questions! AS OF JAN 25 there are no more elephant rides - which was fine by us!! Just happy to be around such big beautiful gentle creatures. "

"We had a great stay as a family of 4 (our kids are 6 and 9). What made the stay so special was the two ladies that helped us in the home. They made great breakfasts in the morning and were so helpful. It was a really relaxing and beautiful time. The security and gardener were also very kind! "

"Fabulous, we loved being there and everyone was so helpful and accommodating. It’s a beautiful, restful place to stay with everything you need. We had delicious meals prepared for us daily and every request responded to quickly and kindly.I highly recommend this property. It is a shame though that the beach has so much plastic rubbish. This is no reflection on this property, ocean litter is a problem for all of the island. I wish the beaches could be clean. Balinese government needs to act to stop the dumping of rubbish in the sea. "The on-site manager Kadek and her team are absolutely wonderful. You feel as if you are family with them from the moment you enter the house. They spoiled each of us, making our vacation completely relaxing. Having our meals perfectly prepared every day put us in the land of the rich and famous. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and close to so many fabulous places to enjoy whenever we left the house. The gardener never stops working to make the property beautiful. The night security just added that little extra feeling of safety although we felt very safe everywhere in Bali. I recommend that anyone who wants to live their dream of being spoiled, waited upon and have a luxurious trip to one of the most beautiful places on earth book this today. "
