El lugar es lindo el personal es amable la comida es pasable pero la habitación el baño se inunda de agua por todos lados y el aire casi no enfría

The food at the buffet was excellent, and the staff was amazing. However, the drink selection was very limited, and the drinks tasted watered down. The hotel is in need of renovation as soon as possible. The staff does their best to keep everything looking nice, but the property has reached a point where simple paint touch-ups are no longer enough. A more significant renovation is needed to bring the hotel back to its full potential.

Todo excelente, habitación de lo mejor, servicios, personal muy amable, piscina, acceso a la playa todo excelente. Quizás la comida en los platos fuertes pueden variar un poco mas, en las carnes, arroces, y/o tener otra opción para el que no le guste el arroz, que no había. Pero en sentido general, diría que de los mejores hoteles que visitamos.

We were so excited for this trip and couldn't wait to relax, but this resort turned out to be a complete nightmare. Paying $200 a night for an "all-inclusive" experience was a total waste of money. The resort does not have enough staff to provide an all-inclusive experience and is utterly failing at basic hospitality. Our room was dirty upon arrival. The floors were covered in dirt, and there was stranger’s hair left in the shower and in the entryway. The grounds were just as bad—the pools were disgusting, with actual garbage floating in the water. Getting food or drinks was a constant struggle. We waited endlessly for basic beverages, and the buffet was an embarrassing mess where we routinely had to hunt for clean plates to eat on. The dinner reservation system is equally broken—with minimal available spots and unfair booking restrictions, it’s practically designed to prevent guests from booking at a restaurant, forcing people to eat at the buffet. Worst of all, we were sexually harassed by staff members which has left us feeling unsafe and degraded. Management clearly has zero control over employee conduct, safety, or cleanliness. We went from being thrilled for a getaway to counting down the minutes until we could leave. This was the most deeply disappointing travel experience we’ve ever had. The standard for service is clearly below what one would normally expect when spending this type of money — save it and book anywhere else.
