Clean, very nice staff, facility a bit worn down for 5-stars hotel. Shuttle to town is limited hours and requires 2 days for airport, very disappointing. Elevators are not synced so a lot of no-passenger stops. A bit of a walk from Blue Line and BTS (BKK Airport) train routes—the lines are not linked ...
