Look elsewhere!

Checked in , took one look and smell of the room and checked out. Under no circumstances should you stay here! The room smelled of mold and one of the towels was used.

Out in the middle of nowhere

I'm not sure who labeled this hotel as a 4 star... or what standards they use, but be warned, its maybe a 2 star for the following reasons: 1) Seems like an old dorm room accommodation turned hotel 2) Feels like a jail cell 3) Curtains didn't close all the way and did not block out much light 4) My room was right outside a basketball court 5) The pool shown is actually not part of the hotel 6) No nearby restaurants 7) Nowhere near the airport (curious as to how it got included in the name) 8) 1 bottle of drinking water available 9) Beds harder than sleeping on rocks Not recommended. Glad I only booked this place for 1 night. Got maybe 1 hour of sleep before 26 hours travel home.

Dont go here

The room we book was not available when we got there. The room they gave us had two twins, it was furnished with old dormitory style furniture, it smelled, especially with the noisy air conditioner. Definitely would not rate it a 4 star hotel, would have to stretch to even give it a one. We did not stay, forfeited three night stay.

highly misrepresented

Yes it is relatively close to the airport. No it's not a 4 star by any means No the staff did not speak English No it wasn't clean, there was hair and dust on the floor Yes it was I the middle of nowhere Yes the rooms were dorm like, close to university Yes there is air conditioning & it made some loud noises then it froze. Thankfully my husband is an A/C tech It's a place to stay with limited options to catch an early flight. I would pay more for proximity to services & a clean/comfy bed

Close ot University but too dear

The location is very much away of the center but close to ABAC university. However there are better hotels for a better price in town. Unless someone needs to be close to ABAC we would not recommend to stay at this property.

A 3 star one. The road to hotel is also bad. The staff can't speak English at all and can't guide even with sign language.

空港からタクシーで15分

いいとは言えません。 600THB 異常は払いたくないようなホテルでした。 5部屋予約したのに、4部屋しかないしマネージャーの対応も良くはありません。朝食に至っては、これでお金とりますか?レベルの種類と量です。

Auf gar keinen Fall!

Von einem Hotel "in Flughafennähe" erwartet man etwas anderes, als vom selbigen eine halbstündige Taxifahrt in die Wallachei. Das Hotel bietet weder Frühstück, noch Zimmerservice. In die Stadt braucht man mit dem Taxi gut 2 Stunden. Habe sofort wieder ausgecheckt.

Isanook an oasis of pleanantness.

Modern comfortable environment with help, pleasant staff. Also free shuttle was a huge bonus.

空港から遠く英語の通じないスタッフ

”空港周辺”となってますが、空港からホテルまでタクシーで片道約40分（300バーツ）ほどかかります。近くに鉄道駅、レストラン（朝食は隣の建物2階に有）、コンビニ等ありません。（レジデンス入口にミニマートらしきものは見かけましたが終日開いてませんでした。）車があれば不便ないかと思います。英語の通じるレセプションスタッフは1名のみの様です。それ以外の方は簡単な英単語も通じないし、紙に書いても読めません。タイ語の翻訳アプリで対応しました。（チェックイン時に英語の通じる方は居ませんでしたがチェックアウトの際は居ました。）部屋は広く綺麗でしたが、空港周辺のホテルをお探しの方は空港隣にあるホテルの方がお金も時間も無駄にならないかと思います。

HOSTEL, not hotel

Expedia needs to standardize the star ratings...we stayed at 3 places around Suvarnabhumi airport during our trip. Suvarnabhumi Suites, iSanook, and Le Meridian. I cannot understand how iSanook and Le Meridian are both 4 star facilities. iSanook is a clean hostel. It is far away from the airport, taxis don't even know where it is and it is very difficult to find a taxi to take you to the airport. It does not have a restaurant, the front desk cannot understand English, and there are no restaurants around where one can eat....as the manager said, only local food stops. This was extremely inconvenient as we were traveling with my in-laws who are 83 years old. We had booked two king studios and were given Twin rooms. The manager said that we should have asked for KIng rooms and tehn said that he didn't have King rooms available when we arrived. Pictures of the basketball court seem photoshopped. It is rather dilapidated looking in real life.

Fairly good budget airport hotel

Stayed 3 days, On the positive side its clean, quiet, comfy bed, and breakfast is tasty. Its a students dorm area, so if you don't mind walk 400-500 m down the street you find Japanese, Korean, Italian and Thai restaurants with excellent meal+a good 7-11. Pool is amazing clean and huge, and its not crowded there at all! Downsides: our room had faulty warmwater heater and some staff are a bit young/unmature. Wifi slow if many guests use it. And yes, as almost every airport hotel near Suvarnabhumi , exept the two superexpensive located in walking distance from Airport, you have to expect some travel time from Airport with taxi... We will use it more times!

Nice Hotel, but not close to the airport

This hotel in Bangkok is 1 hour from the old domestic airport and about 35 to 40 minutes (4:45 am with no traffic) from the main international airport. The taxi fare from the domestic airport by meter and toll highway amounted to $21. The taxi fare to the international airport was about $8. No hot water in my room. I ended up taking a cold shower.

Budget Hotel

Friendly reception. Our room on the ground floor was opposite a brightly lit car park, So very light. A lot of street noice and barking dogs. Bed very hard. Be aware there Is no hot water facility, I'm told Thai don't have hot showers. Room service is in fact an extensive take away which was fine. It seems the Restaurant was just for breakfast. Didn't get to the pool owing to our arrival time.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Nächte wirklich tol! Zu beachten ist nur die Lage, es liegt nicht in der Nähe des Aurports und man muss da. 30 min mit dem Taxi fahren, was in Thailand bei den Taxikosten aber kein Problem ist. In die Stadt kommt man mit einem Hoteleigenen Shuttlebus für rund 100 Bath...! Wir waren bei Ankunft und Abreise je zwei Nächte dort und es war absolut ok!

ホテル名が違ってる？

バンコク到着が深夜になる予定だった為、地図上で近く見えたここを予約。空港のタクシー運転手は、誰もこのホテルがわからず、電話で問い合わせするも誰も出ず。まぁ深夜の二時過ぎでしたから仕方ないかなぁと思いますが、事前にそのくらいの時間になることは伝えてあるし、24時間対応を謳ってるし、少し不安。タクシー運転手三名に断られましたが、四人目が、グーグルマップを頼りに向かって下さる事に。途中、その運転手さんが仲間に電話し、どうやらホテル名が変わっているらしい、ということが明らかに。そのホテル名は聞き取れませんでした。ごめんなさい。紆余曲折有ってなんとか無事に到着。部屋は綺麗だし、見晴らしも良かったですよ。周囲には絶望的な程、何もありませんが… 因みにフアランポーン空港からタクシーのメーター読みで240B前後という感じです。飽くまでもご参考までに。

Isanook report

My stay was excellent very friendly and helpfull staff, a very big selection for breakfast, very nice pool and pool area, compact gym, ideal place to re charge your batteries before travelling to other destinations around thailand, and the manager tim was awesome, he couldn't hav been more helpfull, nothing was too much trouble, he helped me book flights and transport on his computer and made me feel welcome and comfortable.... I will defiantly be using this hotel every time comming too and from thailand :)

Calme et paisible

Hotel calme et paisible, loin de tout agitation. Personnel agréable. La chambre est confortable par contre petit bémol pour la sdb où il y avait beaucoup de fourmis, et peu d'eau chaude
