"Being so far from the beaten track and after a long drive one has an image of what to expect. Especially looking at the images online. Unfortunately, the age and Covid times have watched up with this resort. Overall the room and the staff been fantastic. The view of the ocean wonderful. But there is nothing to excite in the way of the environment. Relaxing moments on the beach, it is rocky and not too clean. Or the pool, it is lonely and never visited. Naturally if is very quiet and a building...

"I emailed sananwan beach b&b the day before i was due to arrive to say i would not be able to make the reservation as the taxi driver refused to take me as it was too far from the airport. I asked another taxi driver who contested the same problem.
I emailed to let them know but they did not reply to my emails but they did charge me the FULL amount of for the three days i was due to stay. I am very unhappy about being charged for 3 days when i did not stay there. Very disappointed"

Fabulous
"A fabulous hotel, beautiful common areas, gorgeous, rooms with lovely decor and so spacious! Bathroom is just amazing. Great restaurant with excellent food. Set right on a stunning beach we just loved this place! A very well stocked bar between two lovely swimming pools and trust me the pina colada was heaven!! All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and we would definitely return.
One thing that we absolutely hated was the birds in tiny cages - we found this utterly hearbreaking and we asked the manager to speak with the owner - we even offered to pay for an aviary ourselves so that the birds could at least fly. "
"Had a lovely stay in a Family Villa for 12 nights, which had it's own private parking. 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which was ensuite. The downstairs bedroom doesn't have a safe or a wardrobe (but there is a wall rack) All rooms had a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. Large shared space with dining table & chairs, seating for 4 (although not very comfortable) with TV and a large fridge. There are a few plates and bowls (we expected more), cutlery, cups & saucers and hot water dispenser, with tea & coffee provided. "
