Quieter setting, away from downtown. Easy exit to ski hills. Property older and dated, but some upgrades have been done. Room was clean. Parking is tight. Have stayed there multiple times over the years. Will do it again. Enjoy the peace and views over busy touristy downtown.

Very unfriendly staff, got stuck in a basement room for some reason, and the lock to our door broke and we were out of our room until 11pm without any offer of compensation

Was very impressed with the room size. Was perfect as I have a busy toddler who had room to play with his toys. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The pool was awesome. Breakfast was good as well. Hotel Canoe and Suites
This hotel is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor pool is amazing and the onsite coffee shop is one of the best in Banff. It was also great to have onsite laundry and a gym at the sister hotel next door. Highly recommend for families!
