On the ground floor there is a living / dining room with an extension table and 10 chairs, sofa, armchairs, coffee table. One bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, small wardrobe and adjoining shower / sink. An old renovated kitchen with massive stone sink, fridge / freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, table and worktop, fitted wardrobes. Finally toilet / WC. Outside a south-facing terrace with arbor and west side with garden tables and chairs and sun loungers. Upstairs, a landing gives access to 4 bedrooms, a toilet, a bathroom with tub and toilet, a bathroom with shower. One bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a chest of drawers. A small room with French doors opening onto a balcony with outside staircase, 1 or 2 single beds (70 x2) side by side and a secretary. A large bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x2), 1 single bed, 1 large wardrobe. La maison est grande et a beaucoup de cachet. Par contre, une grande partie des affaires des propriétaires a été laissée ce qui rend difficile l’appropriation des espaces.La propreté dans notre cas était moyenne, la literie assez vielle et les équipements très vétustes. La plage se situe à une dizaine de minutes à pieds et il existe de nombreuses activités à St Cyr et ses alentours. Vous ne vous ennuirez pas !
