Pas besoin de voiture pour aller a la plage ou sortir sur le marché le soir. Quelques petits desagrement, la clim faisait bcp de bruit et fuyait dans une chambre (bruit de goute d'eau toute la nuit) mais cela devrait être réparé prochainement.
