  • La Villalucienne welcomes you to a 4000m2 family property in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the sea, facing Ile Rousse.
    The property was built in June 2014. Designed by a renowned architect, it is rated 4 stars by the Bandol Tourist Office.
    Take the pleasant, shaded coastal path to the various creeks and beaches of the calanques. Pebble or sandy beaches. The nearest beaches, L'Anglaise and Capelan, are frequented mainly by locals. The superb bay of Renécros (fine sandy beach) is a quarter of an hour's walk away along the coastal path.
    The property is fully gated and secure, and sheltered by pine trees, you'll live to the rhythm of the cicadas.
    Bandol town centre is a 20-minute walk away and local shops are just 500 m away (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, medical centre).

    The flat is on the ground floor. It faces south-west. Its ipe terrace overlooks the garden and a private area with a summer lounge. The flat has underfloor heating and cooling and air conditioning in the bedroom. It comprises :
    - a bedroom with a 140cm bed
    - a bathroom with shower/WC
    - a fully equipped kitchen
    - a lounge with a flat-screen TV and a convertible sofa bed (140cm).
    We also have the upstairs flat for rent, just above, with the same features and facilities. It has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. The advert number is 2147420. And we offer the adjoining house of 130M2.
    There are many attractions nearby, including the Calanques nature park and the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros, which are the jewels in the region's crown. La Cadière d'Azur and the medieval village of Le Castellet in the vineyards are well worth a visit. The Sainte Baume and Sainte Victoire mountain ranges are popular with hikers. For golf enthusiasts, the famous Dolce Frégate golf course (18 holes) is less than ten minutes' drive away, with its legendary No. 10 hole, Frégalon driving range and school course. The municipal tennis courts are a 5-minute walk along the coastal path.

    In high season (July and August) and during school holidays, rental is from Saturday to Saturday. For other periods, the minimum stay is 4 nights.
    Possibility to rent from 3 nights for the following weekends:
    - from 01/05/26 to 04/05/26 = £145 per night
    - Ascension Day, from 13/05/26 to 17/095/26: €155 per night
    - Pentecost, from 22/05/26 to 25/05/26: €155 per night.
    Bedding and towels can be provided (10 euros per person).

Schöner Aufenthalt in schönen Appartement

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in Bandol verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Meer und an verschiedenen Stränden. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto ebenfalls super erreichbar. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Alles in Allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Excellent séjour dans une très agréable maison.

Très belle maison contemporaine meublée et décorée avec goût. Parfaitement équipée, dans un parc arboré au calme. A 5 min à pied de 2 criques pour se baigner sans la foule ( prévoir des chaussons car plages de galets et rochers). En 25 min, le centre de Bandol est accessible par le chemin côtier pour une agréable promenade. Propriétaire très sympathique. Nous reviendrons certainement !

Superbe villa

Nous étions 5 adultes et avons adoré notre séjour ds cette villa magnifique et lumineuse. Tout près du sentier du littoral et il y a une petite épicerie pas loin. Les lits de la deuxième chambre sont pour des enfants; nous avons dû réorganiser les matelas pour coucher trois adultes. Idéal pour famille avec jeunes enfants. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et sa représentante. Je vous recommande vivement.

Ein wunderbares Haus zum Urlaub machen!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist geräumig und bietet ausreichend Platz für vier erwachsene Personen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich sehr gut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden (Nespresso-Maschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd und Mikrowelle..usw.) und es gibt sogar eine Klimaanlage. Draußen bieten sich verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten an, sodass sich auch immer ein Sonnen- bzw. Schattenplatz finden lässt. Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen dort gewesen und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. In 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto unten in der Stadt und es stehen diverse Supermärkte zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist man in etwa einer halben Stunde unten in der Stadt. Man sollte also gut zu Fuß sein. Wir würden wieder hinfahren :)

Notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa s'est parfaitement déroulé; nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux ; tout est pensé pour un séjour de rêve : une cuisine ouverte très complète et super agréable, 2 terrasses qui permettent de jouer avec l'exposition du soleil, des espaces de détentes pour les lectures d'été, une salle de bain magnifique et 2 chambres très agréables. Nous avons adoré. Un contact très simple avec les propriétaires couronne une location hors du commun.

La propriétaire est à l'écoute arrangeante et donne de bons conseils dans un cahier très pratique. magnifique maison d'architecte conforme au descriptif, décoration moderne et soignée le lieu est très calme , donc plutôt adapté pour adultes et "grands enfants" ce qui fut notre cas petit bémol: la plage de sable est plutôt à 25/30 minutes à pied, que 15 minutes comme décrit dans l'annonce très bon accueil, les propriétaires sont soucieux du bien-être des locataires, ce qui est très appréciable

Un lieu de séjour très agréable !

L'appartement, en tout point conforme à la description (voire plus), est situé dans le cadre très agréable d'une pinède (avec les cigales à foison!) et dans un quartier au calme de l'agitation de Bandol en saison. Tout est pensé pour le plaisir des locataires (merci pour les petites attentions à l'arrivée et les petits détails ...) et l'accueil est vraiment sympathique. Nous avons passé une superbe semaine et nous n'hésitons pas à conseiller la location à nos amis ! petit conseil aux futurs locataires : prévoyez des chaussures pouvant aller dans l'eau pour la baignade : les plages de galets font mal aux pieds.

Superbe !

Ce lieu est enchanteur. Outre l'accueil chaleureux, la bouteille de rosé est l'attention délicate très appréciée. Le petit jardin de lavande nous manque déjà. Une mention spéciale pour l'agencement et la décoration de ce petit bijou. L'emplacement est de premier choix pour qui aime les sentiers côtiers. Petite plage de rochers à 400 mètres, dans laquelle nous avons profités de la baignade dans l'eau cristalline. Et aussi de bons petits restaurants dégotés sur Tripad... nous reviendrons !

Vacances idéales. Tout d'abord, l'accueil très chaleureux de Laurence qui nous a remis les clefs et prodigués tous les conseils nécessaires. Ensuite, l'environnement calme, et un appartement très soigné dans la décoration. La petite terrasse de lavandes nous manque déjà. Sans oublier bien sûr le petit sentier du littoral très proche. Il est certain que nous reviendrons pour ce petit bijou de tranquillité.

Appartement tout près de la plage, et très bien équipé. Cadre idyllique dans une pinède, au calme et sous le chant des cigales , à 5 minutes à pied de la plage du Capelan. Accueil sympathique, des vacances de rêve. A choisir les yeux fermés.

Accueil très sympathique. Appartement très propre et bien équipé (conforme aux photos et description), terrasse avec vue sur les pins et fleurs. Au pied des sentiers côtiers pour ceux qui, comme nous, aiment marcher en bord de mer, dans les pins et la garrigue, le bonheur! Nous avons passé une semaine excellente, avec repos et soleil.

Appartement moderne et sécurisé à 300 mètres de la plage. Les deux terrasses (couverte ou non) sont parfaites pour profiter des cigales et l'espace de vie intérieur est très bien agencé pour pouvoir être à quatre sans que cela soit gênant. Le plancher rafraichissant est un vrai plus, surtout pour la nuit. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques ! Bref, d'excellentes vacances. A choisir les yeux fermés.

Appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants. L'appartement est très agréable à vivre, des matériaux de qualité et décoré avec soin dans une propriété arborée et très calme. Les petits plus : le parking privé, salon de jardin, les vélos à disposition, barbecue, proximité des calanques à moins de 10 minutes à pied. À recommander les yeux fermés!
