In a calm neighborhood, close to the beaches and the creeks, this accommodation offers you an ideal location for a beautiful stay in Provence.  
  
This nice and pleasant 58 sq. m flat, located on the ground floor, is composed of :  
\- a nice terrace with barbecue,  
\- a charming living room,  
\- a bedroom with a double bed,  
\- a bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed,  
\- a bathroom with shower,  
\- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),  
\- hoover, washing machine, hairdryer,  
\- TV, WiFi,  
\- a private parking lot,  
\- an access to the residency swimming pool (open from april to september), the tennis court and the bocce ball court.  
  
→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.   
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as bed linen, towels, soap, shampoo  
  
Please note the following additional charges:  
\- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€.

Located a few minutes to the center of Bandol, you will be at the best place to enjoy Provence sweetness while staying in a calm neighborhood, with all amenities just nearby. It will take you only a few min walking to reach the sea, or 5 min driving to discover the port of Bandol. Finally, you will be only a few minutes drive from Toulon and the Embiez archipelago.

#### Agréable séjour à Bandol

L’appartement est proche des calanques (5 min à pied) et la piscine de la résidence est un plus. Quartier et résidence très calme, commerce de 1ere nécessité à 15 min à pied. Appartement très propre, bien équipé. Agent immobilier accueillante et professionnelle.
