Cet homme grossier est propriétaire, complètement alcoolique, ainsi que sa compagne. Chaque jour, ce monsieur invite une nouvelle personne , cela peut-etre l'après-midi , comme de minuit jusqu'à 6 heures du matin. Les gendarmes sont venus 1 fois chez lui , cela n'a rien changé. Cette personne invitent des gens avec qui il boit beaucoup d'alcool , il s'ensuit des grossièretés, des cris, des incivilités .
