Ma seule remarque négative concerne les portes fenêtres en bois qui sont difficiles à ouvrir et mériteraient d'être remplacées par du PVC. Au minimum, elles nécessitent d'être rabotées du fait de l'humidité extérieure qui fait gonfler le bois, rendant l'ouverture difficile.
