Meal options for the hotel was terrible. For dinner, both the Japanese and Chinese restaurants were not opened when we arrived. The only choice was the buffet grill which was quite pricey. The breakfast buffet had very limited choices and food soon ran out by 9:30am. There was limited seats indoors and guests were asked to sit at makeshift tables set up outside and onto to the walkway. For a large hotel with many rooms, the breakfast area is very disappointing. We ended up buying from food delivery options for our meals after the first breakfast. The reception was also badly understaffed. Though all 3 check-in counters were manned, it took 55 mins before it was my turn and I was attended by Moe. Moe told me he could not find my booking for 2 rooms. Instead he could only see in the system that my booking was for 1 room. He was very helpful and quickly got me another room, so I am very grateful for that. Moe said they were experiencing a system issue hence the information from Expedia may not have come through properly.
