Discover a spacious and welcoming chalet nestled in the heart of the Vosges, perfect for family stays in summer and winter, combining comfort and well-being. Able to accommodate up to 15 people, this exceptional chalet has a large 50 m² games room equipped to entertain all ages: bar table football, darts, touch screen terminal, air hockey, driving simulator and punch machine.   
  
An indoor sauna and an outdoor spa complete this experience for a moment of absolute relaxation. Perched at an altitude of 850 meters, it is located 8 km from Gérardmer, near the La Bresse resort (11 km), and a few steps from a charming family resort with a toboggan run and inn.   
  
The chalet, also located near hiking and mountain biking trails, is the ideal starting point for exploring the region.   
  
Enjoy warm and elegant interiors, an unrivaled relaxing setting for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. House on 3 levels. It is composed on the ground floor:   
\- a living room: Dining area that can accommodate up to 16 people. Equipped kitchen: Refrigerator. Freezer compartment. 3-burner induction hob. Oven. Microwave oven. Professional dishwasher. Filter coffee maker, Senseo, Nespresso and Dole Gusto. Citrus press. Raclette, fondue machine. A bar area with: Beer tap (compatible barrels: PerfectDraft® 6 L). Ice maker. Darts. Lounge area with TV, sofas, armchairs and coffee table. Connected speaker. Wood stove. Darts.   
\- a wooden terrace with garden furniture and deckchair.   
On the first floor:   
\- two bedrooms with a 140/190 bed.   
\- two sleeping areas with a 140/190 bed. Roof window opening.   
– a bedroom with two 140/190 beds.   
– a bathroom with bathtub and 90x90 shower.   
– a separate toilet   
On the garden level:   
– a bedroom with a 140/190 bed and a 140/190 sofa bed.   
– an electric sauna   
– a games room with: bar table football, touch terminal, air hockey, driving simulator and punch machine.   
– a 5-seater SPA (emptied after each use) Outdoors.   
– a bathroom with double sink and 3 separate showers.   
– Two separate toilets and a separate urinal.   
Charges are not included, extra on meter reading. Household linen included, sheets included, but beds are not made on arrival, towels included. Only one pet is allowed per rental, and only after request to the owner. End-of-stay cleaning included.
