"During the check-in, the lady at the front desk did not seem that friendly. I saw it’s a lot of garbage laying around near the first restaurant… went room service at 9 am came consist of someone shouting I and banging the iron door which was quite noisy . The food was okay but disappointing but the rest of the staff were excellent and very helpful. Beautiful already."

"Always a very nice stay! Some of the facilities were not open which was a surprise. Maybe because of slow season, was a bit inconvenient as we had to travel to a different area of the resort to use some. I stay here a lot, never ran into this before. "This place is so quiet and peaceful. The staff is super friendly. The room is so clean and spacious. We also received free breakfast which was nice. The hotel is surrounded by some restaurants, gas stations, and 7/11 which is convenient. The pool was super small- great for kids not so much adults. But overall we really enjoyed it. "
