"This house was absolutely beautiful and could not have been a better fit for our group of 13\. The layout was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for gathering while still giving everyone their own space. Every detail felt thoughtfully planned.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with cooking amenities—coffee maker, plenty of pots and pans, plates, bowls, and everything else we needed to cook for a large group. It made group meals easy and enjoyable.The absolute highlight of this home was the private beach right in the backyard. Having that level of privacy, stunning views, and instant beach access was beyond amazing and truly made this stay special.The concierge service included with the rental exceeded all expectations. Anything we needed, they were there to help. From arranging a private chef and photographer to booking activities, they went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and memorable. Their level of service made a huge difference.I would 100% recommend this house and would stay here again in a heartbeat.A quick note for future travelers: North Caicos is very quiet and tranquil, which we loved—but it’s important to plan ahead. There is no retail shopping (just two small gift shops at the port), no bars, and only a few restaurants. Grocery stores are very limited, with minimal selection, so I highly recommend doing your main grocery shopping on the main island before heading over. You will also need to rent a car, as there are no taxi services. "

"We were drawn to this rental for its beach location and privacy and it far exceeded our expectations! Bambarra beach on Middle Caicos is a dream and the journey to get there was way smoother and easier than I expected! The cottage had everything we needed to cook meals in and was only a short (25 min-ish) drive to North to re-stock on groceries halfway through our 12 night stay but there are also restaurants near-by for lunch if you prefer to eat out. You can relax in the loungers on your own private beach or walk 10 min down the beach to the public beach where you can also get lunch and drinks. If you feel like hopping in the car instead, 10 min drive down the road is Dragon Cay resort which is open for lunch as well. We barely saw anyone else during our stay (which is what we were hoping for!) but the locals that we did run into were very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy a quiet vacation away from all the crowds like we do then this little private piece of paradise is the place for you! We will definitely come back"

"What a special spot! The location was great, steps away from the most remote and beautiful beach. Milena was incredibly helpful with communicating prior to our arrival and provided all the information we needed. The house was spacious and had everything to cook all meals. We especially enjoyed the wide selection of movies after memorable days spent exploring the island. We met many wonderful people and really appreciated Mr. Charlie’s fantastic transportation on Provo. "

"Terrible experience. When we arrived at the property, the place was very dirty, poorly maintained, and in very bad condition. It was obvious that there had been no proper upkeep. The condition was so bad that we decided not to stay and had to leave immediately. Even so, we were not given a refund. I find it unacceptable to charge guests for a property in that condition and then refuse to refund them when they cannot even stay there. I do not recommend it at all."

"This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!"
