"I booked this hotel thinking it was near the train station but was about 15mins away. Found it difficult to access as went in to the shopping centre which it is attached to but no signage. The receptionist when we arrived was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed. The passes that were included were great as included the busses unfortunately we were not there long enough to enjoy other benefits. Room was great for our needs. "

"Poor quality stay for the money. No safe, terrible hairdryer, 1 hand towel (2 guests) and a shower that soaked the bathroom, saturating the remaining towels. Balconies were accessible from adjoining rooms too which did not feel overly safe.
