The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.

The building was modern and the check in process was easy. The gym was nice too. The two main issues were: The room did not have a TV and the breakfast was left in a takeaway bag in front of the door. They did not ask for my meal choice and I really did not like the cheesy sandwich with lots of onions. I definitely would not have paid for that breakfast if I knew!

Location is right in the centre so very convenient. But the room was pretty much like a travel lodge, nothing special. IKEA furniture, couldn't open the window fully as desk was in the way. Shower mixers didn't work properly, TV didn't work for two nights, room was not thoroughly cleaned , toiletries were very basic. And even though it stated on the website as having heating ,it didn't. Not even the towel rail. One day it was 15 and rained all day. So the lady on reception tried to be helpful and kind but there wasn't much she could do.
