Not a great value for the price, $600 is quite steep for very small room with no amenities. The heating/cooling unit in the room was so loud making Stanley Kubrick movie like noises I had to turn it off which left the room stale with no airflow as it was keeping me awake. Toilet also ran loudly continuously. ...
