Jaziya, who works the front desk was professional as always. Also, Taylor and Jonas both timely and helpful. Lastly, Natalie always has the breakfast ready - she is so organized. This hotel has a wonderful staff!

Leiza, I am sorry about the cigarrette smell. We are 100% non smoking facility however we could not sometimes control other guests when they are in the room but when our team knows that someone is smoking we do charge guests for smoking.

Our room at the Home2Suites was expansive and comfortable. The room was very well insulated from outdoor noise and noise from the bathroom. We stayed for 3 nights and didn't happen to get any maid service, so we did run short on clean towels, but that was mainly because they offered service at a time when we were present in the room. Breakfast was ample and convenient as well. The only difficulty we had was with the accessible shower that allowed water to spread all over the bathroom floor. There was a drain in the middle of the bathroom, but it still got soaking wet in there. It was just luck of the draw that we were assigned a handicapped room, so we dealt with it. Other than that, absolutely no complaints and we would stay there again.

I stayed here for two nights. The hotel is very clean and beautiful as it’s a new property . The front desk staff is very polite and treated me with the upmost respect. The manager whose name I cannot remember was very helpful and honest with answering my questions. This is my new home away from home when I am in the area . Only downfall is no stove in the rooms and & $20 per day for parking

I enjoyed my stay at HOME2suites. It was very clean, the staff was pleasant, & we enjoyed the pool area. However parking could be better! Or it could be free for guest at least. Other than that, I would return.

The suite is perfect for a family. Tons of great places to eat in walking distance. The daily breakfast is great. The only complaint is the parking. $20 a day. Not cool.

The staff at the included breakfast were awesome! They kept everything stocked well and worked very hard. There was a great selection of food and they kept it well stocked! Our room was spacious and quiet. The gym was clean and the pool appeared clean and well kept.

The fact the check in was horrible. Was originally over charged then while we was asleep someone entered our room. Thank got we had the preventative lock on at 2am. Called the front desk they said it was an accident. But how they get our door open? Was told the hotel would compensate us for the inconvenience yet No they did not happen.
