My first stay here was not good with some of the staff, but circumstances forced me to use this property again. This time around, all of the staff that I encountered was excellent! Very professional and courteous. As with the first visit, the property was spotless. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped with working AC, TV, refrigerator and microwave. They have a laundry facility, a pool and a gym as well. All were very clean and in working order. Parking is slightly difficult, but there is a parking garage up the street for an extra charge. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. There’s a small snack bar you can purchase from near the front desk, a Whole Foods supermarket across the street, and a 7-Eleven around the corner. In the sorting area you will find a ton of restaurant options and there are many beautiful parks within walking distance.

The guy that checked us in was great. It was the lady that was there immediately after who was an issue. We had literally JUST checked in and were removing bags from our car. We immediately took the elevator upstairs. She saw us walk in and came up on another elevator right behind us. We arrived at our room and dropped our first round of luggage off. I was putting stuff in the restroom when I heard a knock. My 19 year old opened the door and the lady starts telling her that they are making too much noise and have numerous complaints about them (I was with my 19 and 16 year old). Shame on her for trying to mistreat what she thought were two young ladies traveling alone. I stepped out of the restroom and asked what the problem was. She claimed that she had received numerous noise complaints. I informed her that we walked in for the first time only seconds ago, that she had been right behind us on the elevator, and that it was our first time entering the room so that it was impossible she had received numerous noise complaints about us. She apologized And left. when I went back for my second trip down, she was leaving a note on my car that I couldn’t park there. I informed her that the guy that checked me in physically walked me to the spot and told me to park there to unload. There were no other issues during the stay itself. However, upon leaving I was walking out of my room with my stuff and 2 of the cleaners were talking bad about me in Spanish (I look white but am Latina).

My room, hallway and everywhere in the hotel smells like weed. You can’t smoke cigarettes in your room but why does the hotel put up with weed smelling up the whole hotel.

Thank you for staying with us Bryan. The property is non-smoking. We try our best to enforce this, we could not however anticipate what other guests may do when they are in the rooms. We do charge a penalty for smoking. We hope you will us another chance when you are in the area.

It’s in some kind of mix use extended stay hotel for contractors. The parking deck is 2 blocks away- not a very convenient place to get to.

The only thing that was annoying was there was no parking at the hotel. We had to park in the parking garage and pay $10 for one night. Everything else was great. The breakfast was especially good. A lot of options to choose from. The room was also really nice and clean.

Property was quiet, comfortable, and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was directly across from Whole Foods and one block away from a bunch of restaurants. Plenty of safe areas to walk your dog. Parking was not ideal. You had to pay for a parking garage down the street ($20/day) There was no area to load/unload your car because valet parking cars across the whole front. My room had trouble producing hot water for a comfortable shower 2 out of 3 mornings.

I hate the smell of marijuana and it is everywhere inside and outside of the hotel. I really dislike valet parking and you are almost forced to use it and leave a tip. It is very expensive.
