Small business trip, very comfortable nice room and shower. Showtime prefer HBO lol other then that perfect.

Confusing

Pros: Was close to the airport.
Cons: Cleaning the smell of smoke out of the room and having a coffeemaker in the room.
I was dropped off here by a cab from the airport at 1:30am. Apparently there are two Extended Stays right down the road from each other and I was dropped off at the wrong one. There was no one at the desk and the door was locked so I had to call and wait for someone to come around. They would not just transfer my room, even though they had availability because I had booked through Expedia.. so they said they would have to charge me again. When I told them this was unacceptable, they finally called me another cab and I had to wait a half hour for it to pick me up and take me to the new hotel. My room smelled SO STRONGLY of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. If it hadn't been so late and I hadn't been so tired, I would have asked to switch rooms because the smell was that bad. They also do not have an airport shuttle, so you have to get a cab yourself. There is also no coffeemaker in the room.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for three nights and there was no housekeeping. Nobody checked on us the whole time. We put our trash in the hall the second day and nobody picked it up until we were leaving. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The front desk people were very helpful.

Great last minute find

Pros: We loved the set up of the room.
Cons: Breakfast could be expanded.
Location: This is a great location. It is right off of the highway. There are restaurants and stores nearby. Conveniently close to the airport as well.
We had a family member to get sick in Baltimore. We went on line and most hotels in the City were booked. I chanced upon this location and actually said that this is too good to be true. Fortunately I was wrong, this was a nice hotel. It was clean and safe. There are restaurants and convenience stores located close by. The staff was very efficient and patient. We loved the set up of the room, particularly the kitchenette. They had all the kitchenware that you could have needed available at the front desk. The beds were quite comfortable. Would have like to have seen more breakfast options but that was ok because Cracker Barrel was right across the street.

Stayed here for 2 nights, and it's a great place to stay at for such a cheap price. I will definitely return.

Pamper Me

I really enjoyed my stay. The check in /check out process went very smoothly with Ms. Shaun, she was very polite and pleasant. I have a Pamper Me Day 2 times a month with 1 of them being a night away from home. Your hotel was perfect because of the kitchen. I could stay in the room and relax and not have leave.

Not happy that there was no coffee maker in the room. There was someone's old comb in the chair by the table and the room did not seem to be very clean.

Not really a hotel

These accommodations are meant to be for people staying in Baltimore for an extended stay. There is a mini kitchen in the room which most people on an overnight stay would not use, there is no shuttle to the airport, nor are there any food options within walking distance. Save yourself the expense of taxis and stay at a more accommodating hotel that includes a resturant or is close to the some.
