Nicer hotel than the Microtel down the street.

The only issue we had was with the shuttle service from the airport which took 1.5 hrs even though the hotel is about 3 miles away. This particular morning we were pressed for time and it through our schedule off. The other shuttle service was fine. Nice rooms very spacious and clean.

Very bad experience

Cons: Clenliness
House keeping did a terrible job. I checked in and got room 243. Room was smelly, bed was not sent and the bedding was on the floor. Went back to the front desk, he apologized (he had no clue why the room is marked as cleaned, when it isn't) and I got 239 this time. Bed was set but clearly bedding is not new. They did not change it. Everything on the bed looked used and was wrinkled. Too tired to go change the room and check other things, went straight to bed. Next day morning, there are no soaps and shampoo in the washroom. Worst thing is the trash bin is full and nobody cared to clean it.

It was just ok

Pros: Close to the airport, low price
Location: You're here because it's close to the airport.
As the title says, it was just ok. If you're looking for a clean room at a low price and place to sleep, it's fine. Don't bring someone you're hoping to impress though, or anyone else really. I was asked if I'd recommend it to a friend. I'd give a qualified yes. If you just want a bed it'll do. I'd say it was a fair value. The lady at the front desk was professional and friendly.

Unreliable staff- Poor airport shuttle service.

Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The shuttle reliability. A more concerning, customer oriented staff.
Location: I didn't stay long enough. Just a quick overnight place to lay my head.
They totally stiffed me with the shuttle pick up. I was told they run the shuttles until approx. 9:45 pm. My flight arrived at 9:15 and I called them immediately for the pick up. I told them all I had to do was pick up my luggage from baggage claim. The baggage took longer than anticipated. When I went out to the shuttle pick up area, I waited for awhile. When I called the hotel, they said the driver already came. The hotel was 5 MINUTES AWAY. The driver would not turn around and come and get me. It cost me $15 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Then the next day, when I was told the shuttles start their morning ride at 6:00, I was downstairs promptly at 6:00. The shuttle driver called out sick, and the hotel did not have any back up plans. Again I had to pay $15 to get back to the airport. I was mad. The staff had no disregard. OH, and complementary breakfast consists of coffee in the lobby. What a joke.

It was fine. The windows were stuck and that was bad because of the truck company next to the side I stayed on

Terribly hard, uncomfortable beds and lousy pillow

The bed was so uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were cheap. I stayed there 6 days and was so miserable that I should have just left but I already paid the whole bill so I was stuck. It was not much better then sleeping on the floor. The mattresses are not old they are just extremely hard and the pillows have no cushion just blah. I will never stay at one of these hotel chains again in my life. They should advertise to the Chinese because they love hard beds and thats the way it is in mainland China. Lastly, the staff could use some lessons on how to deal with customers. Several times I said hello to the night staff and he just ignored me like I was not there. So I spoke up and finally he responded back to me annoyed like I was bothering me. But he did not do it to other people that were of a different race. So the next night I tried it again just to see how the guy would respond thinking he was just having an off night but he did it again. I hate to say this but it seemed to me that he didn't like me because I was white and treated me as such. So I won't be staying there no more.

Decent hotel convenient to airport.

Minimal staffing for late checkins, no staff at the desk at night to greet you, just a sign saying I'll be right back. Rooms are basic and relatively clean. Bathroom had hair in the tub sonattentiok to detail is lacking. Overall a decent place to stay for a short time.

Outdated, Smelly and Old

Front staff was nice. Hotel was smelly, old and outdated. Elevator smells like a dead animal. I requested the sheets be changed out again. Hotel staff was pretty rude about that. The blankets had stains and never got swapped out. One of my nights there, at 2am, there was loud talking outside my door. Conversation went on for 10 minutes. Then I heard the vacuum going. Housekeeping? the wall with the TV started rattling for unknown reasons. I would not recommended this hotel to family of friends. Never again.

Pros: Service was very good - when asked at the front desk for extended check out, they immediately had options for it. When asked about hot water in the shower, someone from the front desk immediately came to inspect it.
Cons: A full breakfast could have been more ideal. All of Extended Stay does not have full breakfast options, which is a big minus. Other than muffins and packaged oats, nothing exciting about the breakfast.
