Unreliable staff- Poor airport shuttle service.
They totally stiffed me with the shuttle pick up. I was told they run the shuttles until approx. 9:45 pm. My flight arrived at 9:15 and I called them immediately for the pick up. I told them all I had to do was pick up my luggage from baggage claim. The baggage took longer than anticipated. When I went out to the shuttle pick up area, I waited for awhile. When I called the hotel, they said the driver already came. The hotel was 5 MINUTES AWAY. The driver would not turn around and come and get me. It cost me $15 for a 5 minute taxi ride. Then the next day, when I was told the shuttles start their morning ride at 6:00, I was downstairs promptly at 6:00. The shuttle driver called out sick, and the hotel did not have any back up plans. Again I had to pay $15 to get back to the airport. I was mad. The staff had no disregard. OH, and complementary breakfast consists of coffee in the lobby. What a joke.

As the hotel's new manager, I am currently evaluating our shuttle hours and we will bring on additional staff to avoid your situation in the future.
