Not happy

Expedia put me in this hotel after they so called cancelled my room at the Laquita inn without any call or email! They put us in a smoking room, which smelled really bad! Didn't have a roll away bed available, the beds were very small, so we were smashed! The airport transportation was very unfriendly and I would never stay there again!

Stay away! Never again.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Don't tell your customers that they booked a room they clearly did not. Do not tell your customers that you didn't think they would show up.
Location: ? Just wanted to sleep.
Checked in at 1am after a very long day. Just wanted to sleep for a few hours before my flight. Room was a horrible smelling smoking room. Called down and the staff told me that I'd booked a smoking room. Not true. My booking clearly said non-smoking. Between the uncomfortable cheap pillows and the smell that was so strong, you could taste it, I finally got up at 5 am and left for the airport for a 1p flight. Had to get out. This is the second time in two weeks this happened at a different location, but same hotel chain. They will likely apologize in a response but according to other similar reviews, it's a total first come first served.

Comfortable and pleasant

I only stopped for a single night stay but was very pleased. The woman behind the desk was nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchenette is very convenient. The room itself was basic but perfect for a comfortable nights sleep.

Smoking Room

Made a reservation through Expedia, two hours before check-in. They put me in a smoking room that smelled so terrible I could not sleep. Said it was the only room available.

Miss leading on website

Pictures were nice on Expedia. Trash was everywhere outside the doors. The mattress had stains and no dishes were in the room. The front desk person had people hanging out in the lobby. Very bad

Extended Stay

I booked at the Extended Stay on International drive in Linthicum. Got there and was told they didn't have a room for me. Was told to go to the Extended Stay on Aero Drive. The room was decent but noisy. Cable was out in the first night thru the second morning due to maintenance. Kitchen provided but no utensils or coffee maker. They had vending machines with two dollar sodas. Much better if I had stayed at Candlewood Suites.

place is horrible. Condom wrappers near the bed, place was disgusting...gross. ...terrible....pick a terrible adjective. Been traveling for nearly 20 years. This was beyond gross.

What A Disappointment

Having previously enjoyed a great stay close by at Staybridge Suites, I thought this hotel would be a safe bet. NOT. No one at front desk to check us in. It was15 minutes before a desk clerk appeared. The whole place smelled awful: musty lobby, garlic smell in elevator, skunk smell in corridors. No amenities in room besides 2 bars of soap and s tiny shampoo. No coffeemaker or ashtrays in room. Door to room would not lock upon exiting. Coffee in lobby "until it runs out," which it did before noon. "Grab and Go" breakfast consisted of an off-brand muffin or granola bar. Clearly a "party hotel," lots of yelling and door slamming all through the night, and noisy tractor trailer parking lot outside window. Will not book again.
