"We ended up paying for breakfast even though it had said included when booking. When asked we were only told to go to the restaurant on the 5th floor so we did and that was not where the included breakfast was located apparently. "

"The hotel was beautiful. However my room was just okay, the tv came on but did not have internet or cable service and the remote did not, I also found stains on the back of my door and on the floor that looked like blood. I asked staff and they nicely stated they would come check our TV and clean the stain. No one came to our room, my spouse then asked new staff that was at the front desk and the staff gave him Lysol wipes to clean the stain. We still had no TV so we checked out early morning."

"Great location surrounded by water on three sides, and walkable to many restaurants and things to do. Property was spotlessly clean and the staff was very kind. Nice gym. I appreciated having filtered water on every floor."
