Excellent central Tallin hotel situated in the old town. Facilities, room & décor top class. Small but nice spa/sauna/Jacuzzi area downstairs. Breakfast a bit restricted in choice and service slow but excellent quality.

This is a beautifully appointed hotel located in a quiet street but very close to the centre of the Old City of Tallinn. There is marble everywhere, and everything shines. Staff are efficient and helpful, if generally rather stern-looking. Our room, in the old part of the building, was bright and comfortable with a high ceiling, large widows with original shutters. Fantastic hotel with lovely modern and spacious rooms, large open gym and in a great location. The icing on the cake would be to include the spa/pool as standard to achieve god tier hotel status. But this is a tiny weakness in an otherwise fabulous hotel (and more non issue if you are just visiting for a short stay/city break). Would highly recommend!

We finally made it to Tallinn and My City Hotel after being delayed twice by the pandemic. Each time we were unable to come, we contacted the hotel and they were happy to move the reservation due to the special circumstances. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the airconditioning unit in our original room, and it wasn't at all a problem for them - they moved us to a new room. For us it was a good location to explore Tallinn. Airport to hotel was easy, T2 or T4. Good room, good breakfast, good staff. All great really, thank you.

Great location and amenities. Perfect for solo travelling my only issue was that rooms weren’t soundproof.

Dobry standard pokoju. Czajnik w pokoju. Parking niestety płatny, nawet poza sezonem - szkoda. Śniadania standardowe, średnie jak na duży hotel ze SPA.

I booked a bunk bed room and for me, it was great! The bed was very comfortable, there was lighting above the beds, blackout curtains and a good size mirror. I would say it may be a bit too small for a couple but for solo travellers it was great. The hotel is in such an exact location, it’s right by the main square and you can walk easily to all the main sights. There are loads of restaurants and bars nearby also - I felt very safe! The breakfast was ok - a cooked breakfast and continental....

Loved my stay at the hotel, got a lovely room upgrade for my partner’s birthday and the staff surprised us with something special too. The spa facilities and gym was really nice and the breakfast really tasty - would highly recommend this hotel :)

The property made an excellent and economical base to explore Tallinn and the surrounding area. Convenient for local busses into and around Tallin and close to supermarket. Clean and comfortable room. Self check-in/out was quick and easy.
