Balneario Seven Seas

The whole place needs a renovation.

The room is spacious and nice. There were 3 of us and the sleeper couch was not comfortable at all. The water takes a while to warm up so the shower was a little on the chilly side. The jacuzzi was dirty and didn't use which was a disappointment. The shuttle was out of service. The Lyft was reasonable $5 to $10 for 3 of us to get to Old San Juan and the cruise port. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggage there after check out. They were there late for check in as well.

I really liked how beautiful the hotel was and how conveniently located it was near restaurants and the beach. The staff was very polite and friendly, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the two restaurants located inside the hotel. What I did not like was receiving a brochure before my arrival advertising experiences like a floating dinner or a beachside dinner, only to be told I couldn’t book either of them when I tried to. It was frustrating to be offered these experiences ahead of time but then not be able to book them. I feel it would have been better not to include them in the brochure, or at least provide a heads up in the email about their limited availability. But overall I would recommend this hotel.
