"Loved the private beach. Poolside bar was nice (good food and drinks). The pool itself was pretty cloudy water, so we mostly stuck to the ocean. It seems like they're doing quite a bit of remodeling to the rooms which were already pretty nice and quite spacious. The hallways don't smell great, but whatever."

"This location was wonderful! It is steps from a beautiful beach and close to many restaurants. Everything seemed new and very clean. Appreciated there was shampoo AND conditioner available. The only suggestions I could make are having a hair dryer available, having one full length mirror and instructions on keeping the water in the shower because we all got the bath mat pretty wet since there isn't a full door/curtain. These are all minor things though. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"Really great place to stay. It’s literally right across the street from the beach which was really convenient. The AC works great and we always slept very cool. The kitchen and living room are big enough to host larger groups (we had 12). The beds are comfy and we slept great. Although one of the “pullout beds” doesn’t turn into a full bed, it just kind of makes the couch larger to sleep on. Sammy is a great host and was very helpful in sending us suggestions of places to eat and things to do. There are also lots of beach chairs and beach umbrellas available for use which was an unexpected LIFE SAVER since having those available helped us avoid getting burnt too bad on some of the beaches that had less shade. Highly recommend!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property and would not hesitate to book again. From start to finish, Sammy was an exceptional host: incredibly responsive, attentive, and thoughtful in every interaction. Any question we had was answered quickly, and it was clear he genuinely cared about making our trip special. It's rare to find a host who goes above and beyond the way Sammy does. The property itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. For beach lovers, the location is unbeatable; the beach is literally just across the street, and Sammy had everything you could need already stocked: chairs, towels, and gear ready to go. We were in the water within minutes of walking out the door. The surrounding neighborhood is incredibly walkable, with a great variety of restaurants nearby. Don Tako quickly became our family favorite, we ended up going back more than once! We never felt like we needed to drive just to find a great meal.That said, the location is also ideal for day trips. San Juan and El Yunque are both easy drives, and we fit both into our stay without any stress. We always felt completely safe in the area, which as parents meant a lot to us. The pool was absolutely perfect for our young kids. The terrace is incredibly spacious and we enjoyed our time on it with a beautiful view. If you’re looking for getaway with a host who truly delivers, look no further."

"Exactly as described in the listing. The place is in a gated area right next to a beautiful beach and lots of restaurants.The checkin process was easy with clear instructions to enter the premises. The unit provided enough privacy from other residents. The furniture and mattresses were comfortable. The kitchen had most things that we needed including a toaster. We ended up enjoying the restaurants and not cooking a lot, so did not miss a dishwasher. The containers were useful to pack fruits when going out. Bathroom had enough toiletries for our whole stay. A few small things would improve the experience a lot. 1. A doormat would have prevented a lot of dirt and sand from entering the home. We found ourselves sweeping the floor almost everyday. 2. Extra beach towels. 3. Hiding the mop and the broom away from the living room would improve the aesthetics. Overall, we would stay again id there’s an opportunity. "
