A great room for a budget stop over. This room had everything we needed for using as a base. With one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. But budget is the key word here. Paper cups for morning coffees and we only had one towel between two...

The staff were very helpful and very nice to chat with during our stay. There is laundry on site for 5 GBP per load, payable in cash at the front desk. A communal balcony provided some extra space to sit outside, as the rooms were limited in space. It was our own research that lead to this mistake, but the bed is a North American Double at best and was quite tight for two people, again nothing against the hotel but our own booking error. Noise transferred easily between rooms, especially overnight when the city was generally quiet. Breakfast was provided on each floor which was a nice perk, although only one floor had earlier breakfast so it became quite crowded early in the morning. Great location with a convenience store right next door for essentials.
