Top Ballymote Castle Hotel Reviews
Castle Dargan Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Great place to stay, great golf, food, ambience."
Murphy's Hotel
8/10 Good
"Everything was perfect from check in and dinner. Staff at breakfast were not at all friendly or welcoming. Other than that the stay was perfect and would recommend"
Hillcrest B&B
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely quiet location with beautiful views across the lake. Friendly welcome, fresh-smelling sheets, spotless bathroom and varied breakfast - fresh fruit and yoghurt, nuts, cereal toast and tea and a full Irish breakfast if you wish. Would absolutely stay here again. "
The Address Sligo
8/10 Good
"This hotel was great in most ways. Only issue was no AC, which in Ireland is not usually a problem. Our room got very hot during the day with old windows that had to remain open at night to cool the room as we were there during a particularly warm period. Thus we had more outside noise. We were given a fan and spent little time during the day in the room anyway. There are also much more affordable breakfast options nearby than their buffet only option. Other than needing new windows there is so much else to like about this hotel."
Clayton Hotel & Leisure Club Sligo
8/10 Good
"Property is a bit dated but still kept clean. Location is not walkable to city centre so a car is a must if staying here. Restaurants on site were ok but not fabulous."
SALA Lakeside Aparthotel
8/10 Good
"This is a 1950's college dorm room being rented out during the summer months. A creative idea, but the execution isn't great. The beds were hard, the pillows are thin, and they are short on staff. The breakfast didn't look like much so we opted to eat out instead. Beautiful views"
Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Sligo
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel, was there for a wedding so everything went well"
Éalú Lodge
8/10 Good
"Never stayed in a hostel before. Great safe space for parking. Staff were very good informative, friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms, bedding etc. Only down side was the doors banging because they are heavy wooden which was disturbing during the night. We only stayed one night."
Coopershill House. Georgian elegance since 1774
10/10 Excellent
"Pictures don't even do this house justice, this property is incredible, absolutely magical. We had a small gathering of family and friends here to cook, hangout and enjoy the countryside together and this place really really was the crown jewel of our trip. Can't say enough wonderful things about the property and Simon & family. All around a truly perfect place!"
