Well located hotel. It was a bit of a maze getting to the room and the walls were super thin. I enjoyed the breakfast as there were many options and the staff was very attentive. Getting onto the Riu WiFi was a pain btw.

We had a lot of trouble when none of the appliances worked because of an electric problem and you had to be a brain surgeon to get the washer to work

Gorgeous renovated hotel but there is no AC in the rooms. I’m sure it’s fine in off- season but we had the fan on full blast in late May when it was about 10c-15c outside. It was still too warm.
The staff was great and service in the lounge was exceptional.
The spin bikes in the health club are in the hallway where everyone walks by. ?? This makes no sense- maybe put them with the other cardio equipment so that people will actually want to use them.

"Very warm and inviting hotel. Check in was very smooth. Outside the hotel has a cute little island with a bridge to walk around. The room were a good size and clean they left cute little rubber ducks on the bed. The bathroom was OK decent water pressure. No place to put your toiletries and not enough ..."
