The room was spotless .Everything was first class, but outstanding was the warm welcome from the reception staff, after we had struggled with Customs paperwork at the border.

Some of this one my own fault for not checking thoroughly what I was booking. This is very much a hostel. Shared bathroom which I don't feel was clear, my room had no curtains, and there was no instruction as how to access the property. That said the shared bathroom was clean, but no hot water in the shower. Probably fine if you know what to expect.
