THE PUB HOUSE

Join us at The Pub House! The unique space is located on the lower level of our home. You bring the Jameson and have a Kilian’s on US!
The house is conveniently located in Ballston Lake. Minutes from Saratoga Racetrack, Saratoga Performing Art Center (SPAC), Saratoga Lake, Lake George, hiking, kayaking, shopping and more.
Enjoy the atmosphere around the pub or on the beautiful outdoor patio!

The space
The Lower Level - Spacious, tastefully furnished home featuring 2 Large Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has queen bed, dresser nightstand, closet, desk, and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a twin bed, dresser, nightstand, closet, storage chest and TV. 2 Dining areas, (Two pub style tables, 1 high top table with 4 stools). 2 Living areas. Living area 1 has a large couch, ottoman, end tables, large screen TV (including cable), surround sound, fireplace (you control the thermostat), Custom built bar with 6 stools. Sit at the bar and watch four different programs at one time on the high-quality entertainment wall! Living area 2 has two leather chairs and ottoman, turntable, albums, CD’s and speakers. (Guitar Room). Perfect setting to read a book, relax or listen to music. Full clean bath, stand-up shower. Stocked with 100% cotton organic towels for your five-star quality experience. Drink your morning coffee or evening wine on the outdoor patio with beautiful scenic views of woods. Plenty of outdoor seating with umbrellas, tables, and lounge chairs. Also includes a wood fire pit. This home is loved, and we want you to experience the joy this home brings us, so that you will love it too.
We can accommodate up to 5 people.
Outdoor seating table, and lots of board games.

Guest access
Guest will have a private entrance through a sliding glass door located in the back of the house. Keyless entry. Guest will need to walk around back or down a flight of stairs located on the side of the house. Guests have access to everything on the lower level except the storage area which will be locked and access to upstairs which has a door that will also be locked. Off street parking! Access code for entry. TVs in pub, living room and bedrooms, cable, and Wi-Fi.

Other things to note
We will be available to meet guest upon arrival to go through the space and answer any questions.

Driveway parking for three cars, but please note you will be parking one behind another.

TVs in bedrooms, living area and bar all have cable, (some have cable boxes, some use Roku devices)

Please,no pets and no smoking inside. No parties or hosting events here.

This is NOT a Party house. This is a Pub House. A place where you can sit, enjoy a bottle of wine (drink a bottle; replace a bottle) or a few beers. Invite a few friends that you meet at the track or that live in the area and just relax. Great entertaining space. The Bar will not be stocked, but feel free to bring your own booze. (BOB)
