The host was very responsove and accomodating. The house was well stocked with many extras that added a personal touch. My kids loved the extra little cookies the owner provided and my husband and i enjoyed the coffee and sitting in the garden patio in the morning. I loved the back sitting area. The apartment was spacious and clean. It was well equipped with everything you would need as well as some extras which was very nice. The beds were comfortable for a good night sleep. Check in was easy and quick. The only thing I found hard was the proximity to restaurants. We had an elderly person with us and could not walk far. The kitchen was full of useful material - coffee, tea, cleaning materials etc - even butter in the fridge! The house is the basement floor of a terraced appartment block - you can hear a lot of noise from the occupants of the appartment above due to only wooden floors in between.There was a small mixup about where keys could be found for checkin but the owner sorted it out very quickly and was frequently in touch to ensure we had a perfect stay.
