Welcome to one of the dreamiest places on Earth! The Elan at Bahia is the only luxury condo with private beach access of its kind in southern Costa Rica.   
Enjoy resort-style pools, a hot tub, secured jungle trails and miles of private untouched beach. Conveniently located off of the main highway, a few minutes to Uvita or Ojochal for some of the best dining, waterfalls, farmers markets, supermarkets and essentials.   
Elan at Ballena Beach is a residential resort with private direct beach access to the Ballena National Park on a flat easy walking trail through a gorgeous natural setting. See monkeys sitting along your walk or at the poolside, spot whales, turtles and dolphins form the beach and parrots from your condo terrace.
