Sippers has four bedrooms each with their own bathroom and air conditioning.
Bedroom four has disabled facilities. The beds are King size with a zip that
become 2 king single beds if needed. There is also a laundry with washing
machine and drier. Upstairs is an open plan, with a 10 seater dining table,
full kitchen with all Meile appliances, electric oven, gas hot plates, dish
washer and 2 sinks. Another bathroom upstairs brings the total number to
5.There is a TV area with Foxtel, a wood fire area, ladies lounge, card
table, and an 11m verandah facing north. There is a BBQ on the verandah
facing south. There is 2 hot water systems (one SolarHart and one heat pump)
supplying over 600lt of "green" hot water to the 5 bathrooms, kitchen and
laundry. There is also 6.4kw of solar panels on the roof putting green power
back into the grid. We produce more green power than we use, reducing your
carbon footprint at Sippers.
