Hotel was nice , however the staff were less than helpful.
Myself and my wife were unable to check in at 14:00 and refused an early check in ,that was requested months prior.
When asked if we could use a space to change our clothes , we were told to use the disabled public bathroom.
I am understanding that an early check in was not possible , however believe they could have been more helpful to provide a space for my wife to change other than a bathroom.

The front desk staff was misinformed about people having coffee and a danish in the restaurant instead of having a full breakfast meal. It took three times talking to the front desk and the restaurant staff to finally get it resolved. Not a big deal but just thought I would mention it.
