9.6/10 Exceptional! (327 reviews)
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay – Gaia Made It Unforgettable!
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location could not have been better for getting around.
The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with fantastic local recommendations. A very special mention goes to Gaia, who was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay feel special, and we cannot thank her enough for all her help and genuine hospitality.
We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

"Staff let me stash my bags while I explored the castle for 5 hours, and then again after checkout while I walked around town. Room was super clean, and the shower was the best I've had in awhile. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a full meal and not just a pastry. View from the ..."
