"Very good place close to Pandawa Beach and Melasti Beach. You can rent a bike right at the hotel to explore the area. Place is clean with nice swimming pool and restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Definitely we will come back to spend some time in this part of Bali"

"The Hideaway Residence was a wonderful stay. The property is safe, clean, and affordable. Our private pool was beautiful. In house masseuse was great and lounge/restaurant was chic. The best part of this resort was the host, Surya and staff. He was so accommodating to our needs. Professional and attentive with a friendly personality that made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this resort. "
"Beautiful villas set in verdant surroundings. The large private pool and the jacuzzi attached to the villa made my family stay particularly memorable. "Unser Bungalow war wirklich schön! Bequemes großes Bett, rießiges Bad, Wifi und sogar ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Der Außenpool war wunderbar um sich zwischendurch abzukühlen. "I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. A special thanks to Pande who looked after us so we'll always bringing his positive vibes and all the staff were great

"We travelled as a group of 13 with children, adults and seniors. Initially we were put in separate villa houses at the back of the property. This involved a walk down a back alley, where there were more locals and stray dogs.
We requested to be moved into the actual hotel as the walk was down a slope. they were kind enough to allow the switch. The in hotel 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas were amazing. Beautiful decor , amazing private pool. I would say the in hotel villas were much cleaner than the houses in the back.
Customer service was top notch. Very quick and easy to communicate with. Any requests were handled quickly. Food at Madawa was awesome! Daily breakfast options had a good amount of variety and they switched up the main options daily. Dinner and lunch options for purchase were great! Pizza could be better.
Overall, Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing stay.
Will miss this place. Kids really enjoyed the space. Hope to be back soon
