The absolute worst customer service experience! Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Also, bathroom only has glass walls with partial curtain, so no privacy.
Chose this place in part because it is a VIP access property and perks include breakfast. When I tried to access this perk, I was told it was not included. I said it should be, but that I was happy to pay if it wasn’t.
I was treated like some kind of criminal, asked to immediately leave the dining room to talk to the front desk, instead of just being able to charge it to the room and sort it out at checkout. Frankly, at under $10, I didn’t really care about the money so much as the fact that I was asked to leave, wait in line to explain the situation multiple times, with each person being somewhat accusatory and incompetent saying I had to wait for and talk to someone else. Even though I said I was happy to pay! I just kept being told to wait and talk to someone else.
After the third person, it felt pretty ridiculous, and I gave up. I even tried to reach out to a manager by phone before writing this review, but was told they are not available before 10, so good luck ever sorting out a morning issue. The place is in a good location, but there are so many options in the area, spare yourself the useless staff and glass bathrooms
