Täuschung!! Minderwertige Ferienwohnung bekommen. Keine Klimagerät, 3 Sterne anstatt 4 Achtung bei diesem Objekt!!! Leider nicht wie erwartet und gebucht, in dem Objekt untergekommen, was wir reserviert haben. Laut Buchung und Bezahlung haben wir ein klimatisiertes Objekt mit 4 Sternen gebucht, erhalten haben wir eine 3 Sterne Ferienwohnung ohne Klimaanlage. Diesen schweren Mangel versuchten wir tagelang mit Novasol zu klären, leider erfolglos. Mitarbeiter versprachen schnelle Hilfe, auf die wir vergeblich warteten. Die Lösung sollte eine Klimaanlage sein, denn ein Preisnachlass auf die Unterkunft, rettet ja unseren Jahresurlaub nicht. Unsere Gastgeberin vor Ort, erklärte uns, dass sie nichts machen kann, da der Fehler bei Novasol liegt. Wir konnten uns wenig erholen. Mein Baby (9 Monate) hatte am ganzen Körper Ausschlag von der unerträglichen Hitze. Nachts mussten wir ihn viel zu trinken geben, da er in seinem Alter noch kaum Reserven bilden kann und schnell dehydrieren kann. Außerdem schrie er viel in der Nacht. In unserem Schlafzimmer waren nachts 30 Grad, auch wir kamen nicht zur Ruhe. Unser zweiter Sohn, 8 Jahre, musste im Obergeschoss schlafen, was er nur mit offenem Fenster ertragen konnte, jedoch nicht möglich, weil ihn dann die Mücken am ganzen Körper zerstochen haben, was nach der ersten Nacht schon passierte. Er reagierte auch allergisch und zudem drang weiteres Ungeziefer ins Zimmer ein, z.B. Skorpione, vor denen er auch Angst hatte. Leider fehlten die Fliegennetze an allen Fenstern. Von den Ameisen und der undichten Dusche möchte ich gar nicht erst reden. Es war der schlimmste Urlaub, den wir je erlebten. Auf eine Entschädigung und eine Rechung von der Ferienwohnung in der wir wohnten, erhielten wir bis heute leider nicht! Nie wieder Novasol!! ##### Nancy S. Stayed 10 nights in Jul 2022 ---
