Was very pleased with our stay. The staff when we arrived was not going to let us check in 15 mins early (even tho our room was ready) unless we had an IHG rewards number, which was annoying. But the place was clean and the breakfast was great. Our room would not get cooler than 78 degrees and the front desk employee named Thomas was amazing. He was very helpful trying to get it figured out, and when we couldn’t he allowed us to move to diff/better rooms at no expense to us. Was very thankful for that.

Love how nice and warm welcoming the staff are! Hotel was so clean, and over all just a very nice place to stay. 100% will stay here again.

The hotel is great and our stay was pleasant. Our room was clean but the shower tub wasn't. It has to be deep cleaned along with the shower walls. We were on 9th floor and wanted ice in the middle of the night and had to either go to 7th or 12th floor for that since there is no ice in every floor. Last thing we noticed was that they don't clean the room every day. They do it every three days unless you request with 24 hours in advance. We will come back! Thanks

Wish there would’ve been more bedding. Otherwise wonderful stay , great location!

iParkit @ 517 Marquette Ave is The most convenient and reasonably priced parking. It id across the street from the side entrance to the Westin. There are metal Rolling doors for the entrance and exit. It is easy to miss the first time.
