The location is amazing. It’s quiet, cozy, and safe. Loved the amount of space we had for 2 people. It was nice to have laundry and a golf cart. The door is a bit tricky and the garage door locks behind you (easy to do if it’s not something you’re used to) but they do not give you the code for the door, so be extra careful! Comfortable beds, spacious couch & very responsive HVAC system. It was cleaned well, plenty of linens, and communication with the management company was prompt and clear. Mostly it just could use a refresh. The house itself was fine for the two of us but would have felt tight with more. The kitchen was very small and not well equipped but we didn't do a lot of cooking. Location to east beach (the best beach!) was good. 5 minute walk. Note that the woodsy location brought more palmetto bugs and spiders. Management company very quickly addressed palmetto bugs, which are hard to avoid in this region. They did have beach towels which were not promised. If you plan to bike a lot you would probably want to rent bikes as the ones with the house weren't great.
