The location has something for everyone. We loved being on the marsh and exploring new activities there. The views are exceptional. It was a big plus that every room has its own private bathroom, and there are several living spaces and porches so that we could all find our own spot to relax, read or visit. Or if we wanted a group game night, there was space to all gather in one room. And how rare to have a dining table for 10 to be able to eat together. And the view all across the front of the house is beyond beautiful!! It was unfortunate that our reserved week included a close to direct hit of Hurricane Isaias, which resulted in the cancellation of our water sports and activities off of our private dock, but BHI did a great job of getting the power back on, the roads cleared and the grocery store back open. Kitchen was very well stocked and the house has all kinds of games and beach supplies. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful for some initial maintenance that was needed. The floor plan of this incredibly lovely home allows for larger family gatherings, as well as quiet spaces to get away. The scenic views of the Marsh and Old Baldy, from the boat dock make for memorable photos. We also appreciated the upgrades of the new washer/dryer and 3 brand new golf carts!!
